  • Has minimum 3 years of experience in similar position or forwarding business
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marine
    studies/Administration/ Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Good analytical skills, computer literate and ability to operate MS Office application
  • Proficient in English both spoken & written
  • Thrive for success, able to work under pressure and positive toward change and challenge
  • Must be based in Mumbai, India

Job Description

  • Understand incoterm and Export and import procedure
  • Do market research
  • Check and verify the job sheet before release to the billing section
  • Verify for all daily operation advance & cost
  • Communicate with customers and overseas parties
  • Be Involved directly, in case problems happen in each section
  • Build a good relationship with shipping line
  • Prepare sales report and profit/loss report for each job and section
  • Monitor daily export/ import operation process
  • Aggressively explore market
  • Ensure business volume and profitability based on target.
  • Follow up quotation, sales leads, or any business inquiries
  • Build and maintain business relationship with potential customers
  • Maintain daily report
  • Be mobile and meet client outside
