  • Prepare documents and needs for commissioner’s work or personal trips.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and personal activities of the Commissioner.
  • Help make payments for routine or non-routine expenses
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records
  • Manage operational vehicles’ documents
  • Distribute documents to and from users after being signed by the Commissioner
  • Prepare meeting needs from room to food
  • Prepare meeting materials and record the minutes of the meeting
  • Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives
  • Perform other duties as allocated.

Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from a reputable institution
  • Has at least 2 years experience in the same position
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. Fluency in another language is an advantage
  • Computer literate, especially for MS. Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual who is a problem solver, rational mediator, and discreet
